The $5,000 Guarantee: Exactly How It Works

If our AI Receptionist doesn't recover at least $5,000 in booked revenue within 60 days of going live, you pay nothing — setup fee, monthly retainer, all of it back. Every condition spelled out below, in plain English.

The Guarantee in One Sentence

If the AI Receptionist we configure and operate on your behalf does not recover at least $5,000 in booked revenue within 60 calendar days of your go-live date, you pay nothing — not the setup fee, not the monthly retainer, none of it. No asterisks. No conditions buried in fine print designed to make the guarantee impossible to trigger. No "prove counterfactual revenue" games.

The math is simple: 10 missed emergency calls at $500 each equals $5,000 walking out your door every few weeks. We're guaranteeing the system stops that bleed. aiclientbuilder's principal stands behind this guarantee personally — if you qualify for a refund, you get one, no runaround.

Terms last reviewed: May 16, 2026.

How We Define and Measure Recovered Revenue

"Recovered revenue" means revenue from booked and completed jobs that originated as inbound calls answered by the AI Receptionist during the 60-day window. Here's the exact tracking chain:

  1. A prospect calls your business number.
  2. The AI Receptionist answers, qualifies the lead, and books the appointment directly to your calendar — or escalates an emergency to you in real time.
  3. You complete the job and collect payment.
  4. That job's value counts toward your $5,000 threshold.

We use your call log — every call forwarded to the AI is time-stamped and recorded — and cross-reference it against the appointment record in your calendar. You report job values at the rates you charge. We're not auditing your pricing. If you say a water heater replacement was $1,800, we take your word.

Two things that don't count: (1) leads that came through web forms, ad clicks, or any channel other than the AI-answered inbound phone line; and (2) jobs booked but not completed within the 60-day window — a quote that didn't convert, or a no-show you never rescheduled.

Every call the AI handles is logged with a timestamp, a recording, and a disposition: answered, booked, escalated, or missed. That log is the record of truth. Call in the log marked "booked" plus a completed invoice from you equals a qualifying job.

The 60-Day Window: When the Clock Starts and When It Stops

The clock starts on go-live day — the day call forwarding is active and the AI begins answering your inbound calls. That is Day 1. Not the day you sign the contract. Not the day onboarding begins. The day the AI picks up its first call.

If you want to know what happens in your first 48 hours after signing, that page walks through every step from contract to live call, so you know exactly when Day 1 hits.

If a technical issue on our end delays go-live past 48 hours from your signed contract, Day 1 shifts to the actual go-live date. You don't lose clock time because of our delays.

Day 60 is midnight on the 60th calendar day after Day 1. Jobs booked by Day 60 but completed by Day 65 still count — the booking date is what matters, not the invoice date. Jobs booked after Day 60 do not count toward the guarantee claim.

What Qualifies and What Disqualifies a Claim

To qualify for a refund, all four of these must be true:

  • Call forwarding was active and uninterrupted for the full 60-day window.
  • You responded to escalated emergency calls within 4 hours during business hours, or within 12 hours overnight. We're not disqualifying you for sleeping.
  • Your business received an average of at least 5 inbound calls per week across the 60-day period. That's 2 calls every 3 days — not a high bar for any working home-service business.
  • You submitted a job list within 5 business days of Day 60, including job dates, types, and revenue amounts.

The following conditions disqualify a claim:

  • You deactivated call forwarding for more than 72 consecutive hours during the 60-day period without notifying us of a technical issue outside your control. If the phone isn't forwarding to the AI, the AI can't answer calls.
  • You canceled service before Day 60. Early cancellation closes the window on your terms, not ours.
  • Your total inbound call volume fell below 5 calls per week on average. We can't recover revenue from calls that don't come in. That's a lead-generation problem, not a phone-answering problem.
  • You failed to provide a job list and call log within 5 business days of Day 60 after initiating a claim. We can't review what we can't see.
  • You redirected calls away from the AI line through a third party during the period without notifying us.

None of these are traps. Keep forwarding active, pick up your emergency escalations, and let the AI run — that's all it takes.

How the Refund Works: The Exact Process

At Day 60, email support@aiclientbuilder.com. Include your job list: dates, job types, and dollar amounts for every completed job that originated from an AI-answered call during the window.

We review the list against the call log within 5 business days. If booked and completed revenue totals less than $5,000 and all qualifying conditions are met, we initiate the full refund — setup fee plus any monthly retainer paid — within 10 business days of completing the review. No negotiation. No partial credit. Full refund to the original payment method.

If you're ready to start the clock, book your setup call and activate the guarantee — that page covers exactly what you're agreeing to before you sign, so there are no surprises at Day 60.

Why We Can Offer This Guarantee

Because the numbers make it almost impossible for us to lose.

A home service business taking 3 or more inbound calls per day fields somewhere between 60 and 90 calls over 30 days. If you're missing even one in four of those calls — a conservative estimate for any owner-operator still answering their own phone while running jobs — that's 15 to 22 missed calls per month. At $500 per job, that's $7,500 to $11,000 in missed revenue every 30 days. We're asking the AI to recover $5,000 over 60 days.

It usually does that in the first two to three weeks.

Here's the threshold math: one AI-answered call per day booking a $250 job × 60 days = $15,000 in potential recovered revenue. The guarantee triggers only if the system recovers less than a third of that. In a working home-service business with active call forwarding and normal inbound volume, that doesn't happen.

The risk is real — if your volume is too low or forwarding goes dark, we refund without argument. But for a business that's been losing calls to voicemail, the guarantee is about as risky for us as gravity.

Frequently asked

  • What if I only get 5 calls a week — does the guarantee still apply?

Five calls per week is 40 calls over the 60-day period. If your average job value is $500, that's $20,000 in potential booked revenue — and we're asking the AI to recover $5,000 of it. Five calls per week is the minimum qualifying call volume, and the math still works strongly in your favor.

Below that threshold, the guarantee does not apply. Not because we're looking for an exit, but because a business getting fewer than 5 calls per week has a lead-generation problem, not a phone-answering problem. We'll tell you that before you sign.

  • Does the guarantee cover weekends and after-hours calls?

Yes. The AI answers every hour of every day — weekends, holidays, and 2 AM when a pipe bursts. Those calls count exactly the same as weekday business-hours calls toward the $5,000 threshold.

After-hours emergency calls are often your highest-value jobs: $800 to $1,500 dispatch fees are common for nights and weekends in plumbing and HVAC. Those are exactly the calls this system was built to capture.

  • Can I extend the 60-day window?

No. The window is fixed at 60 calendar days from go-live. Extensions are not available — the measurement gets unreliable when the window slides.

If the system is still booking jobs after Day 60 — and it will be — the monthly retainer continues and you keep the revenue. Most clients stop thinking about the guarantee after Week 3 because the booked jobs are already showing up on the calendar.

  • What if the AI misbooks an appointment — wrong time, wrong service area, or wrong job type?

That's on us to fix. If the AI books a job outside your service area, outside your stated service types, or at a time you aren't available, we reconfigure at no charge. That misbooking does not count as recovered revenue toward the $5,000 threshold.

Misbooking rates are low when onboarding is done right — which is why we spend the first 48 hours calibrating service area, job types, and scheduling rules before the AI takes a single live call.

  • Is the refund just the setup fee, or does it include the monthly retainer too?

Full refund: the setup fee plus any monthly retainer you paid during the 60-day period. If you paid $9,997 at setup and one $497 monthly retainer before Day 60, the refund is $10,494. We keep nothing.
